Reservations are guaranteed, therefore we can only offer the pre-determined times available. The menu offered is the only menu offered. Your bartender is excited about the menu they created and we want you to be as well. We love bartender's choice as much as you, but due to the space, time and staffing the only menu offered is the only menu available. Please let us know ahead of time if you have dietary restrictions and/or allergies. Please be courteous to the guests who have reservations after you and finish promptly and courteously. If you would like to join us at backbar after your time in the closet we will do our best to alleviate any wait time and seat you immediately after your 7 minutes. We are in the closet for a reason.
